This Loan Agreement is entered into by and between Flash Cash 101 Lending Corp. and the undersigned Borrower. By signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document and the attached Disclosure Statement:

Late Payment Fee
If I fail to make any scheduled payment on time, I agree to pay a late payment fee of 6.000% per day based on the Amount Disbursed. This late fee will accrue daily and will be added to the outstanding balance from the date of default until the total amount due, including fees, is fully settled.
Loan Cooling-Off Period
I acknowledge that I have the right to cancel this loan and return the disbursed funds within 24 hours of receiving them. If I choose to exercise this right, I must notify US and repay the full amount disbursed within the stated timeframe.
